1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cerberus (“the Service”), operated by ASPECT Research Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cerberus provides AI-powered content quality evaluation tools. The Service includes multi-agent content quality evaluation, AI pattern detection, and response coaching. We use third-party AI model providers to deliver these features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Cerberus offers a Free tier and paid Pro and Agency plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew monthly or annually, depending on the billing period you choose at checkout. Prices are stated in GBP (£) and shown before you subscribe. We will notify you in advance of any price change taking effect at your next renewal.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. If Cerberus is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, no further charges are made, and we do not pro-rate partly used periods beyond this.
• How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
• UK consumers. If you purchase as a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because the Service is supplied immediately, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply; the money-back guarantee above applies regardless.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ASPECT Research Ltd. Your content and inputs remain your property. We do not claim ownership of content you submit to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated suggestions are informational and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
